The brief
- Sure is a telecommunications company and network provider for the Channel Islands.
- To build a new interface for customers to purchase mobile phones/plans and register for a new account that would replace the same functionality that was currenlty being outsourced on another website.
What I did
- I built the backend and frontend for the pages, blocks and forms used on the journey using Silverstripe, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- I implemented JavaScript code to create validation checks for the form elements on the customer registration pages.
The end result
- Sure now have a more streamlined experience for converting new customers which has produced positive commerical results.
